Changing your email address as a buyer
If you upgrade to Premium, your membership belongs to your registered email address. If you bought Premium using a different email address, please email support and we'll help resolve this for you.
If you wish to use another email address, you will have to set up a new account using your new email address. If this is the case, we will remove your old account from the marketplace. Please email support or contact our live chat support and we'll help you.
SELLER'S ACCOUNT
Changing email address as a seller
You will have to set up a new account if you wish to change the email registered in your account. If this is the case, we will remove your old account from the marketplace. Please email support or contact our live chat support and we'll help you.
We can only update the email address on your private information which will be used for buyers to contact you.
