How to connect multiple companies to one Metricable account

Manage separate Stripe connections and dashboards for each company without creating another login

If you manage more than one business, you can connect them all to the same Metricable account. Each company gets its own data connection, dashboard, and metrics.

Your companies remain separate inside Metricable. Switching companies changes the dashboard you’re viewing—it doesn’t combine their data.

1. Add another company

  1. Sign in to Metricable.
  2. Find the company switcher on the left side.
  3. Click the + button.

2. Enter the company details

Enter:

  • Company name
  • Website URL

You can also choose Share company to the leaderboard. Leave this off if you don’t want the company listed publicly.

3. Connect the company’s Stripe account

Each company needs its own Stripe connection. You can connect Stripe in either of these ways:

  • Connect Stripe with OAuth: Click the button and follow the Stripe prompts.
  • Create a read-only API key: Create the key in Stripe, paste it into Metricable, then click Start Sync.

4. Wait for the initial synchronization

Metricable imports your Stripe data and calculates your metrics. This usually takes about 20 minutes.

5. Switch between companies

Select a company from the company switcher on the left side of Metricable. The highlighted company is the one you’re currently viewing. Click the + button whenever you need to add another company.

How company data is handled

Metricable keeps each company’s information separate, including its:

  • Billing connection
  • Dashboard
  • Calculated metrics
  • Access permissions

Adding another company doesn’t combine its Stripe data or metrics with your existing companies.

Troubleshooting

I can’t click Continue

Make sure you entered both a company name and website URL.

My dashboard doesn’t have any data yet

Allow about 20 minutes for Metricable to import your Stripe data and calculate your metrics.

I connected the wrong Stripe account

Avoid continuing with the sync. Contact support to remove the connection before reconnecting the correct Stripe account.

Once your data is ready, choose the company from the left side of Metricable to review its dashboard.

Connecting multiple Metricable accounts to Acquire

If your connecting multiple Metricable accounts to Acquire, you need connect your second account in Metricable first, then edit your Metrics section on Acquire, go through the connect flow and select the second company.
