How to follow up on approved requests
Review stalled conversations and quickly reconnect with sellers or archive requests that are no longer a fit.
When an approved conversation has been waiting on your reply for more than seven days, Acquire may show a follow-up popup after you enter the buyer area. It brings those requests together so you can decide what to do next without opening every conversation.
The popup is available to buyers with an active subscription. It can appear once every 24 hours when you have at least one qualifying request.
1. Review requests that need attention
Each card shows the startup name, listing headline, your last activity, TTM revenue, TTM profit, and asking price.
The popup can include up to 30 requests, with three startups on each page. Requests with the oldest buyer activity appear first. Use the arrows at the bottom of the popup to move between pages.

Only approved requests that are still active and waiting on your reply appear. Archived requests and conversations with buyer activity older than 180 days are not included.
2. Continue the conversation
If you are still considering a startup:
- Click I'm Still Interested.
- Review the suggested follow-up messages.
- Click a suggestion to send it immediately, or click Go to Chat to write your own message.

Clicking a suggestion sends that exact message to the conversation. Click Cancel to close the suggestions without sending anything.
After a suggested message is sent, the startup is removed from the popup. If it was the last startup, the popup closes.
3. Archive a request
If you are no longer interested:
- Click Archive.
- Select the reason that best explains your decision.
- Add optional feedback, then click Send.
Your feedback is shared anonymously with the seller. After the request is archived, the startup is removed from the popup and the total updates.
Continue until you have reviewed every request, or close the popup and return when another approved conversation needs your attention.
