Subscription, Refund, and Cancellation Policies

Below, you’ll find our refund, cancellation, and subscription policies. 

Subscriptions 

You can view all startup listings for free. However, if you’re interested in acquiring one of them and want to contact the seller for more info, you need to subscribe to either upgrade to a Premium or Platinum buyer account. View a comparison of our subscription plans here.

Premium

When you sign up for Premium you get unlimited access to startups of up to $250,000 in TTM revenue. You can reach out to their founders directly over the platform, and request private information no-one else can see. 

You also get a Premium badge on your buyer profile that shows sellers you’re a trusted buyer and serious about acquisitions. Our sellers love meeting committed buyers. 

Your Premium subscription recurs annually and automatically renews at the end of each subscription period. That means no downtime, and no missed deals. 

Premium costs $390 per year. 

Platinum

Platinum offers you everything from Premium plus you can contact startups of all sizes, including Managed by Acquire.com deals we've prepped for a fast, easy sale. 

You also get priority customer support and a one-hour consultation with one of our in-house M&A advisors. We can even recommend startups for you. 

Choose Platinum if you usually acquire or have the capacity to acquire companies with over $250,000 in TTM revenue, and if prefer your deal flow pre-vetted and founders primed for acquisition talks.  

Like Premium, your Platinum subscription recurs annually and automatically renews at the end of each subscription period. 

Platinum costs $780 per year. 

Refunds


If you signed up to Premium or Platinum but haven’t been happy with it, please let us know. Drop us a line at support@acquire.com and we’ll sort something out for you. 

Please note, however, we can’t issue a refund if you’ve been a Premium or Platinum subscriber for longer than 7 days. Also, we can’t give prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. 

Cancellations


When you subscribe to Premium or Platinum, you accept that your subscription fee is charged automatically and on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. 

We’re pretty confident you’ll love either subscription plan, but if you ever want to cancel, please let us know on or before the payment due date.

Just drop us a line with your cancelation request to support@acquire.com and we’ll get it done for you. You’re welcome to upgrade again anytime (we’ll be here with open arms!). 

Free trial?


At the moment, we don’t offer a free trial version of our paid plans. Our Premium and Platinum subscriptions help to keep the lights on and we’re reinvesting everything into creating an awesome marketplace for you.
