While Acquire.com keeps all your acquisition documents under My deals, you might also want to keep copies on your device.
You can download the LOI during or after building the document and sending it to the seller. Follow the steps below to download your copy for your records.
How to download the initial draft of your LOI
After building your LOI, you’ll see a screen that asks you to review it.
- Locate the light blue box at the top of the screen. Then click Download to view and save a PDF version of your LOI.
This is the initial version of your LOI. You may decide to edit certain sections after reviewing the terms. If you do edit the terms, download the final version on the next screen.
How to download the final draft of your LOI
Once you review and approve the LOI’s terms, you’ll sign the document and prepare to send it to the seller.
- On the Send LOI screen, look for a white box labeled Letter of intent file.
- Click the down arrow on the right side of that box to view and save a PDF version of your final LOI draft.
Once you click Send LOI, you can’t adjust the terms or price of your LOI unless the seller rejects it.
How to download your LOI after sending it to the seller
If you forgot to download your LOI before sending it to the seller, you can still access it under My deals.
1. Click the down arrow next to LOI sent.2. Click Download in the dropdown menu to save the final version of your LOI to your device.
Your PDF version of the LOI should show up in your Downloads folder.
