How to upload a P&L statement to your listing

A guide to transferring P&L data to your listing

Buyers need to see your profit and loss (P&L) statement when evaluating your business. To help, we'll present your P&L data as an annual snapshot, a consistent format that helps buyers quickly grasp your financials. Here's how to upload your P&L to your listing.

Please only upload P&L data in Excel or CSV format.

Create your P&L

If you don't use accountancy software or it can't export P&L data in an Excel or CSV format, download and complete this P&L template.

When you're finished, save it as an Excel or CSV file, and upload it to your listing (go to My listing and then scroll down to the financial snapshot section).
