How to get help
The fastest way to get help is through your seller account.
1. When logged in, click Need help? in the top-right corner.
2. Tell us if you need general or expert help.
3. If you need general help, you'll head to our help center where you can find answers to most acquisition questions or chat live with our customer support team.
4. If you need expert help, click the dropdown and choose a help category, and then add a little more info in the box. This will help us connect you with the right expert.
5. That's it! We've got your request and one of our in-house advisors will be in touch within 48 business hours (usually a lot sooner).
