How to get help

The fastest way to get help is through your seller account. 

1. When logged in, click Need help? in the top-right corner.

2. Tell us if you need general or expert help.

3. If you need general help, you'll head to our help center where you can find answers to most acquisition questions or chat live with our customer support team.

4. If you need expert help, click the dropdown menu and choose a help category. Add a little more info in the box to help us connect you with the right expert.
